Les presentes conditions definissent les regles d'acces et d'utilisation de l'application SiyarTy.
1. Objet
SiyarTy est une application de gestion de vehicules permettant de suivre notamment les documents, le carburant, les depenses, les planifications preventives et les pieces jointes associees.
2. Acceptation
En utilisant SiyarTy, l'utilisateur accepte les presentes conditions. S'il ne les accepte pas, il ne doit pas utiliser l'application.
3. Compte utilisateur
- l'utilisateur est responsable de l'exactitude des informations fournies
- l'utilisateur doit proteger la confidentialite de ses identifiants
- l'utilisateur reste responsable de l'usage effectue avec son compte
4. Utilisation autorisee
- ne pas tenter d'acceder sans autorisation a des comptes ou donnees tiers
- ne pas utiliser l'application pour des contenus illicites
- ne pas perturber le fonctionnement normal du service
- ne pas contourner les mesures de securite mises en place
5. Responsabilite
SiyarTy est un outil d'aide au suivi vehicule. L'utilisateur reste responsable des informations saisies, du suivi effectif de ses echeances et du respect de ses obligations administratives et techniques.
6. Disponibilite et evolution
Le service peut etre interrompu, modifie, ameliore ou suspendu temporairement pour maintenance, securite ou evolution technique.
7. Donnees personnelles
Le traitement des donnees personnelles est encadre par la Politique de Confidentialite de SiyarTy.

Terms of Use
These terms define the rules for accessing and using the SiyarTy application.
1. Purpose
SiyarTy is a vehicle management application designed to track documents, fuel, expenses, preventive planning and related attachments.
2. Acceptance
By using SiyarTy, the user accepts these terms. If the user does not accept them, the application must not be used.
3. User account
- the user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided
- the user must keep login credentials confidential
- the user remains responsible for all activity performed through the account
4. Authorized use
- do not attempt unauthorized access to third-party accounts or data
- do not use the application to store unlawful content
- do not disrupt the normal operation of the service
- do not bypass implemented security measures
5. Liability
SiyarTy is a support tool for vehicle follow-up. The user remains responsible for entered data, actual deadline tracking and compliance with administrative and technical obligations.
6. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted, modified, improved or temporarily suspended for maintenance, security or technical evolution.

الشروط العامة للاستخدام
تحدد هذه الشروط القواعد الخاصة بالوصول إلى تطبيق SiyarTy واستخدامه.
1. الغرض
SiyarTy هو تطبيق لإدارة المركبات يتيح متابعة الوثائق والوقود والمصاريف والتخطيط الوقائي والمرفقات المرتبطة بها.
2. القبول
باستخدام SiyarTy، يوافق المستخدم على هذه الشروط. وإذا لم يوافق عليها، فيجب عليه عدم استخدام التطبيق.
3. حساب المستخدم
- يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية صحة المعلومات التي يقدمها
- يجب على المستخدم حماية سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة به
- يبقى المستخدم مسؤولا عن كل استخدام يتم عبر حسابه
4. الاستخدام المسموح
- عدم محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى حسابات أو بيانات الغير
- عدم استخدام التطبيق لتخزين محتوى غير قانوني
- عدم تعطيل التشغيل العادي للخدمة
- عدم تجاوز إجراءات الأمان المعتمدة
5. المسؤولية
SiyarTy هو أداة مساعدة لمتابعة المركبة. ويبقى المستخدم مسؤولا عن صحة البيانات المدخلة وعن المتابعة الفعلية للمواعيد والالتزامات الإدارية والتقنية.
6. التوفر والتطوير
قد يتم إيقاف الخدمة أو تعديلها أو تحسينها أو تعليقها مؤقتا لأسباب تتعلق بالصيانة أو الأمان أو التطوير التقني.
7. البيانات الشخصية
تخضع معالجة البيانات الشخصية لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بـ SiyarTy.
